The mission of the Jody Richards Elementary Multilingual Learner Program is to assist multilingual students in building English proficiency while promoting their growth into responsible, productive citizens and enthusiastic life-long learners.

The JRES Multilingual Learner Program (also known as the English Language Program) is designed to support multilingual students in reaching their personal and academic goals. Our services range from teaching basic English in small groups to assisting students with grade level content in their classrooms. We prioritize relationship building and emotional well-being in all we do.
